<p><span class="temas">Scientific Program:</span> The duration of the congress will be four days. The scientific program will include:<br />

<p><span class="temas">Paper submission:</span> Prospective participants are invited to submit by homepage an abstract. After the notification of acceptance of the work, the author should send and submit the Full Paper or the WIP, both in .DOC format or .DOCX format via homepage. <p>A Work-in-Progress-Paper (WIP) for which a two-page (maximum) paper will be submitted. A WIP describes preliminary developments of an on going project in its infancy that involves state-of-art, implementation, creative pilot programs, or nontraditional concepts. It must contain the details of the scientific and/or educational feasibility of the project, including expected outcomes.</p>
<p><span class="temas">Proceedings and Book of Abstracts: </span>The proceedings and the book of abstracts of the congress will be published and be available at the time of the congress. Both will be registered in ISBN with international validity.</p>
<p><span class="temas">Congress Language:</span> English, Spanish and Portuguese will be the official congress languages.</p>
<p><span class="temas">Social Program:</span> Welcome Party, Congress Banquet and cultural visits in Luanda are planned.</p>
<p><span class="temas">Workshops: </span>During the Congress, some workshops will be offered. The Full Program will be available at the homepage: http://www.copec.org.br/icece2013/</p>
<p><span class="temas">Objectives:</span> This congress will provide a major international forum for the exchange of information on research into and recent developments in the improvement of education in all Engineering and Technology fields. During the Congress, the curriculum guidelines will also be discussed as well as the integration between the world market and Engineering and Technology Education.</p>
