w:st="on">la Constitución Nacional</st1:PersonName> en el art. 17 “Todo autor o
inventor es propietario exclusivo de su obra, invento o descubrimiento por el
término que le acuerde la ley” <BR><BR>Actualmente rige la ley 11.723 promulgada
por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional el 28 de septiembre de 1933 y publicada en el
Boletín Oficial el 30 de septiembre del mismo año.<BR>Originalmente la
denominación de este Organismo fue la de “Registro de Propiedad Intelectual”
hasta que por el decreto 800 de 1971, publicado en Boletín Oficial 8 de agosto
de 1972, se cambió por la de “Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor” que rige
en la actualidad.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

size=3>Este Organismo depende del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos
Humanos.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

organización y funcionamiento de esta Dirección Nacional, orientada a dar
cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos en el régimen legal de la propiedad
intelectual, involucra tareas tales como las

contratantes.<BR>Prueba de autoría: Es una presunción de autoría que otorga el
