Universidad Nac. de San Luis, es responsable ante la Administración Federal de
Ingresos Públicos (AFIP), en condición de <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Agente de Retención</B>: Intermediaria ente
el sujeto a impuesto o contribuyente y dicha
Administración.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

personas alcanzadas por el Impuesto deben cumplimentar en tiempo y forma el <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Formulario 572 “DDJJ Imp. a las
Gcias.”</B>. Para ello deben mantener actualizada la información proporcionada,
tanto en dicho formulario como la correspondiente para su cumplimentación
anual.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

Universidad (su agente de retención), todos los <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">cambios</B> que se produzcan en su
actividad laboral, ingresos y gastos, situación familiar, etc. y que impacten o
deberían impactar en la DDJJ del Impuesto.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

a aquellos responsables de presentar su <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">DDJJ sobre Bienes Personales</B>, que una
vez efectuada la presentación ante la AFIP, deberán hacer llegar copia de la
misma al <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Area Presupuesto de la Sec.de
Hacienda y Administración.<o:p></o:p></B></FONT></SPAN></P>

el Sector correspondiente de la Universidad <SPAN

style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">tarea única y excluyente</B> la de ser <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Agente de Retención</B> <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">y vehículo que permita el cumplimiento de
sus obligaciones fiscales</B> – Impuesto a las Ganancias -<SPAN
