ANNOUNCING NEW JOURNAL - SINGLE MOLECULES
========================================================
.
We invite you to view the first papers of a journal on
one of the most exciting subjects imaginable:
The observation and manipulation of single molecules.
.
In the past, scientists could only use probabilistic
models and simulations to understand physics, chemistry
and biochemistry at the molecular level. Presently,
techniques are becoming available that allow to treat
them "as individuals." Chemical and biochemical
analysis has reached its ultimate limit. Research is
now moving towards "real world" applications -- in
disciplines as diverse as biotechnology, biomedicine,
forensics, materials science, molecular electronics, and
molecular machines.
.
The journal SINGLE MOLECULES has now started publication
on Wiley InterScience. You can view the first articles at:

SINGLE MOLECULES is edited by K.O. Greulich, Jena.
The journal publishes articles online as soon as
they are ready, and will print four issues per year.
All papers of Issue #1 will be available online
as a free sample. If you would like to contribute
a paper, you will find instructions for authors and
contact addresses at the Web site.
.
The editors and Wiley-VCH hope that you share our
enthusiasm and are looking forward to your feedback.
.
     Yours sincerely,
