Administración y Gestión de Instituciones Universitarias”.</SPAN></B><SPAN

a los trabajadores no docentes de nuestra Universidad, con el objetivo de
actualizar y jerarquizar su formación</B>.</FONT></P>

Antecedentes del proyecto presentado:<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></B></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT
face=Tahoma> </FONT><FONT face=Tahoma>Oportunamente la <B>Asociación del
Personal de la Univ. Nac. de San Luis (A.P.U.N.S.L.)</B>, solicitó a la
<B>Secretaría Académica</B> su intervención para, desde allí intentar la
creación de una <B>Tecnicatura</B> con las características especiales que los
destinatarios, el personal no docente, requerían.</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt"><FONT
face=Tahoma> </FONT></SPAN><FONT face=Tahoma>Hoy, tras la tarea de un
equipo interdisciplinario de la Secretaría, con la invalorable participación de
la <B>Lic. María Luisa Granata</B>, de la <B>Lic. Beatriz Pedranzani</B>, y la
colaboración de quien suscribe, hemos concluido el <B>Proyecto del Plan de
Estudios de esta Nueva<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Carrera.<o:p></o:p></B></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt"><FONT
face=Tahoma> </FONT></SPAN><FONT face=Tahoma>Nos hemos basado en
<B>experiencias de otras unidades académicas</B> del país y en
<B>recomendaciones de organismos nacionales</B>, a la vez que hemos<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>tenido una <B>permanente y profunda
mirada crítica sobre la realidad</B> y las <B>necesidades</B> de nuestra
Universidad. Hemos intentado confeccionar “un traje a la medida” de nuestro
personal.<B><o:p></o:p></B></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><B><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt"><FONT
face=Tahoma> </FONT></SPAN></B><FONT face=Tahoma>Para la redacción final
del proyecto también se <B>han recabado opiniones y sugerencias de
funcionarios</B>, <B>docentes</B> y <B>no docentes de nuestra</B> Casa y de
otras instituciones, <B>incorporándose los aportes recibidos</B>.</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT
face=Tahoma> </FONT><FONT face=Tahoma>Cabe agregar que <B>el proyecto
presentado viene a cubrir una importante y añeja demanda</B> manifestada tanto
por el <B>sector no docente</B>, como por la <B>institución gremial </B>que los
representa, y por las <B>distintas gestiones de gobierno que se han sucedido en
la Universidad.<o:p></o:p></B></FONT></P>

contexto en el que plantea la Carrera:<o:p></o:p></SPAN></B></P>

style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><FONT face=Tahoma> </FONT></SPAN><FONT
face=Tahoma><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">Los grandes cambios
producidos en la Educación Superior<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>como consecuencia de </SPAN><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">los
fenómenos de la globalización<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>demandan</B><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"> </SPAN><B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">hoy a las universidades<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>adecuar su función acorde a los nuevos
tiempos.<o:p></o:p></B></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><FONT

<B>inexistencia de una carrera de gestión</B>, la <B>transitoriedad de las
funciones directivas</B>, la característica del <B>co-gobierno democrático en la
universidad</B>, entre otras cosas, hacen que <B>la gestión universitaria
adquiera características particulares</B> respecto a otras instituciones de
gestión pública.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><FONT face=Tahoma> </FONT></SPAN><FONT
face=Tahoma>Con la idea de <B>posibilitar y favorecer las condiciones
administrativas y de gestión </B>de la Educación Superior, <B>acorde a las
nuevas demandas</B>, y en la convicción de que <B>los procesos formativos en las
instituciones contribuyen al desarrollo individual y colectivo</B>, <B>se
propone la creación de esta carrera</B>.</FONT></P>

adecuado desarrollo institucional sin un plantel calificado en todas sus áreas

tener presente como idea previa a cualquier consideración posterior sobre el
plan de estudios, que <B>la capacitación por su naturaleza y razón de ser, es un
recurso dinamizador de las organizaciones, una herramienta de la gestión</B> y
por lo tanto una <B>oportunidad de crecimiento</B> tanto para las
<B>personas</B> como para las <B>instituciones.</B></FONT></P>
